VEHICLE LEGACY · PRIVATE MOTORING ARCHIVE

Terms of purchase

Updated 10 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-10

1. Seller and contact

Vehicle Legacy Tran, Norwegian organisation number 938639655, Rogalandgata 162B, 5522 Haugesund, Norway. Website: vehiclelegacy.no. Customer support: luxuryvehiclelegacy@outlook.com.

2. What you buy

Vehicle Legacy is a digital service for collecting vehicle history, photos and documents in private vehicle archives. Choose space for up to 1, 3 or 5 cars for 6 or 12 months. You need an up-to-date browser, an internet connection and access to the email address used for the purchase.

Supported uploads are PDF, JPG, PNG and WebP, up to 20 MB per file and 200 MB per vehicle archive. Convert HEIC files before uploading. The archive records information you provide. Vehicle Legacy does not independently inspect, value or authenticate a vehicle or its history.

3. Prices and payment

Standard prices in Norwegian kroner (NOK) – the entire period is paid upfront.
Package6 months12 months
Up to 1 carNOK 1,599NOK 2,599
Up to 3 carsNOK 3,999NOK 6,999
Up to 5 carsNOK 6,999NOK 11,999

A displayed monthly equivalent is a rounded comparison based on the total price divided by the period; it is not monthly billing. A per-car monthly equivalent assumes that all package spaces are used. The seller is not currently registered for Norwegian VAT, so no VAT is charged. The price shown before payment is the total price.

Promotions apply only when offered at purchase. Any discount, eligibility conditions and final price are shown before payment. A promotion does not entitle you to the same discount on later purchases or renewals.

Payment is handled through Stripe Checkout. We do not store your full card number. You pay once for the selected period. There is no automatic renewal or further charge. Renewal requires a new purchase at the price shown at that time.

4. Agreement, start and delivery

The terms and privacy notice are available before payment. You confirm acceptance of the purchase terms and separately request an early start before the withdrawal period ends if you want immediate access. Acknowledging the privacy information is not general consent to other uses of your data.

Access is provided once payment is confirmed. Sign in with the email address used at checkout. We send an order confirmation with the price, duration, terms and withdrawal information, including a withdrawal form. Contact us with your order number if access or confirmation is missing. Never email card numbers, passwords or one-time codes.

5. Duration and renewal

The period starts when payment is confirmed. Your account and order confirmation show the expiry date. Renewal of an existing package starts from the later of the existing expiry date and confirmed payment. A separate new package has its own period.

We send a reminder approximately one month before expiry. Consumers also receive notice at least every six months during ongoing delivery that the agreement continues and that it can be terminated. You do not need to cancel to avoid a new charge: the package expires without automatic renewal.

6. Expiry, export and deletion

When the period expires, editing and creation of new sharing links stop. You then have 14 days to download your history or renew. After that deadline, the archive and uploaded files are deleted from the active service. Download your own copy in good time. You should not expect a deleted archive to be recoverable.

Once your last archive has been deleted, and you have no other active package or unresolved archive entitlement, your sign-in account is deleted after 30 days. Our own backups rotate within 30 days; deleted information is removed from those backups no later than 30 days after deletion from the active service. Legally required accounting records and providers’ technical copies are handled separately, as explained in the privacy notice.

7. Your content and sharing

You retain the rights to your material. You grant us only the permission needed to process it to deliver the service. You must have the right to upload and share documents. Redact unnecessary personal data about previous owners or others. Do not upload national identity numbers, health information, card data or passwords.

Vehicle archives are private. If you choose to share through a buyer link, check its contents and recipients. You can revoke a link, but we cannot recall copies already downloaded by a recipient. Where necessary we may restrict unlawful or harmful use, notifying you and explaining the action unless security or law prevents this.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal period, starting on the day after the agreement was concluded, provided the legally required information has been supplied. Send a clear statement to luxuryvehiclelegacy@outlook.com within the deadline. The form below is optional.

Immediate access to the ongoing archive service does not by itself remove your right of withdrawal. If you expressly requested an early start and then withdraw, we may charge only a lawful proportionate amount for the service already delivered, where the statutory conditions are met. Refunds are made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice, normally using the original payment method and without a refund fee.

Withdrawal form: To Vehicle Legacy Tran, Rogalandgata 162B, 5522 Haugesund, Norway, luxuryvehiclelegacy@outlook.com. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my agreement for Vehicle Legacy. Ordered on: ______. Name: ______. Address: ______. Date: ______. Signature, only for a paper form: ______.

9. Termination, faults and complaints

Upfront payment for 6 or 12 months does not limit a consumer’s statutory right to terminate ongoing digital services on reasonable notice. Email us to terminate. We confirm the end date and handle refunds of prepaid amounts for the period after termination under applicable law. These terms impose no separate minimum commitment or early termination fee.

Contact us if the service does not work as agreed. Your rights under the Norwegian Digital Services Act and other mandatory law apply, including correction, price reduction, termination for breach and compensation where the relevant conditions are met. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We cannot promise uninterrupted operation; this does not remove our duties concerning security, necessary updates and delivery.

If a complaint remains unresolved, contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) for mediation and information about further complaint procedures.

10. Changes and sales market

The version provided at purchase applies to your agreement. Material changes are notified in advance and made only as permitted by law. If the service closes before a paid period ends, we notify you, allow export and handle refunds under applicable law.

At the first sales opening, the service is offered to residents of Norway. Norwegian and English language options refer to the same service and prices. The English text does not mean that sales to other countries have opened. Norwegian law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
